A word of advice: If you think ordering from the McDonald's App will get you faster service, you are in for a big surprise. You will be LAST in line to get served.
The order in which they serve their customers is as follows.
- First in line will be the people in the Drive-thru.
- Next will be counter service customers.
- Last will be those of us who used the App, and only after several customers from the other groups have been taken care of first
